Pleasant stay, as always. Absolutely great and quiet accommodation with incredible setting close enough to coffee places as well as the river. Huge quiet rooms with great breakfast, TV, as for instance, EXCELLENT staff.

Just loved the surprise of finding cobwebs in the room and other people's hair on the floor. So disappointing!

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to solve a problem with our bus ticket to Pakxe. They promptly called the travel agency and even purchased a new sleeper bus ticket for us. The hotel staff truly went the extra mile.

The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, being near the popular Impeng Temple and the beautiful Mekong River. It was also a short distance from the lively night market, shops, and restaurants.

The room was not properly cleaned, with other people's hair on the floor and cobwebs in various places. There was also a lack of basic amenities, such as a bedside table and lamp, and there was no soap provided for the wash basin.
